당사의 첨가제를 사용하면 실리콘 고무의 특정 특성을 강화하여 모든 요구 사항을 충족할 수 있습니다. 롤과 밀 또는 내부 믹서를 통해 직접 통합된 첨가제를 사용하면 고무를 사양에 맞출 수 있습니다. ELASTOSIL® AUX 첨가제는 ELASTOSIL® 기본고무의 열 안정성, 난연성 및 탈형성을 향상시킵니다. 자화성 및 X선 불투명도와 같은 특수 특성을 부여하기 위해 다른 첨가제를 사용할 수 있습니다. ELASTOSIL® FL 및 PT 시리즈의 안료 페이스트를 사용하면 상상할 수 있는 거의 모든 색상의 실리콘 제품을 생산할 수 있습니다. 또한, 혼합 색상은 반투명 제형처럼 실리콘에서도 쉽게 구현할 수 있습니다. ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL UV Fluorescent는 부가 경화 실리콘 고무의 형광 마킹을 위해 특별히 제작되었습니다. 이 새로운 안료 페이스트로 착색된 실리콘 성형 부품 또는 코팅은 UV 광선을 조사할 때 짙은 청자색 빛을 냅니다. 실리콘 가공업체는 이 속성을 활용하여 제조 설정을 위한 자동화된 품질 관리 시스템을 개발할 수 있습니다.
